Terms & Conditions:
1. It is up to the discretion of Daniel OBrien Photography which images will be selected for inclusion in the gallery in keeping with our artistic style and standards.
2. Images are delivered via digital download from an online gallery within two weeks after session date.
3. Daniel OBrien Photography retains copyright to any and all photographs, the client receiving private printing rights only. The client shall not under any circumstance, use the images provided, for any competitions, monetary gain, marketing, or commercial use.
